Growth should not break your operations.
You added wards, contracts or projects faster than your systems could keep up. We find what is slowing you down, fix the biggest leaks first, and stay with you through delivery.
45 minutes. No cost. You leave with the three issues we would fix first.
Growth breaks operations in the same five places.
Different towns, different contracts, the same pattern. This is what it looks like from the ground.
Plans that stall
The DPR is approved. Months later the scope has shifted, the vendor list has grown, and nobody can say who owns delivery.
Equipment that does not fit
A vehicle too big for the lane. A machine without spares. Money spent, service not delivered.
People without a system
New drivers, new crews, no standard way of working. Every absence becomes a crisis.
Blind spots
You hear about a missed route from a complaint, not a report. You cannot prove what was cleaned.
Vendors who point at each other
Five suppliers, one outcome, no single owner. The penalty arrives before the answer does.
Waiting has a price: penalty notices, overtime, idle vehicles, a lower ranking, a lost contract. The longer the leaks run, the more they cost.
See what is leaking in your operationThis is you.
Pick the one that sounds closest.
You are accountable for every ward. We help you reach them all.
Sounds familiar?
- Complaints arrive faster than answers.
- Equipment was bought but never matched to your lanes and routes.
- The review meeting asks for a coverage report and you have none.
What we do
A ward-wise city assessment. A service plan sized to your budget. DPR support. Supervision through to handover.
What you get
- A ward-wise gap map
- A prioritised plan with costs
- A DPR-ready scope
- Trained staff at handover
You won the contracts. Now run them without losing margin.
Sounds familiar?
- One breakdown delays three routes.
- Good drivers leave faster than you can train new ones.
- A penalty notice costs more than the repair would have.
What we do
An operations health check across fleet, routes, crews and spares. We fix the three costliest leaks first, then set standard procedures and train operators.
What you get
- A leak report ranked by rupee impact
- A route and shift plan
- A maintenance and spares plan
- Trained crews
Sanctioned money, tight dates. One partner from DPR to handover.
Sounds familiar?
- The scope drifts between the DPR and the work order.
- Vendors blame each other when a milestone slips.
- The handover happens, but the staff do not know how to run what they received.
What we do
DPR and specification support. Vendor coordination. Site supervision against the approved scope. Training and handover documents.
What you get
- A clear scope
- Weekly progress against the plan
- A documented handover
New to civic services? Avoid the expensive first mistake.
Sounds familiar?
- Which equipment, which capacity, which compliance?
- Tenders and GeM feel like a maze.
- One wrong purchase can sink the first year.
What we do
A readiness review. Equipment and capacity selection by a manufacturer who builds it. Guidance on compliance and tenders. Support through your first project.
What you get
- A buying and launch plan
- Specifications tested against real use
- A realistic first-year cost view
One partner, from first survey to a system that runs.

What you can ask us to do.
Each service stands alone or sits inside the five stages. Letters show who it suits most: A city head, B field operator, C project owner, D new entrant.
City Assessment and Survey
We evaluate existing infrastructure, sanitation systems, public utilities and drainage networks, and tell you where the gaps are.
Waste Management Planning
A practical plan for collection, transport, segregation and processing, matched to your town.
Beautification and Urban Development
Recommendations for parks, roads, gateways, signage, public amenities and citizen-friendly spaces.
DPR and Project Support
Help with planning, concept development and implementation strategy, so the project is approved and executable.
Project Supervision
Regular monitoring so work is delivered to the approved scope and objectives.
Performance Improvement
We find the operational gaps and recommend measures to raise efficiency, cleanliness and service delivery.
We advise like people who have built it.
- We build the equipment. Our advice comes from running a 35,000 sq ft plant, not from slides.
- Three decades in the field. Since 1992, through Uneed Equipments, across more than 5,000 projects.
- One accountable partner. Survey, plan, build, train and support, all under one roof.
- We stay after the report. Training, spares and service are part of the work, not an extra.
A report is not a result. A working handover is.
Start with a conversation. Pay only when the scope is clear.

Questions people ask before they call.
Our budget is tight. Does this make sense?
The call is free. Any paid work is scoped and priced before it starts, and the first job is to find waste, such as idle assets and avoidable breakdowns, before recommending new spend.
Will you just tell us to buy your equipment?
Only where it fits. The assessment reports what is wrong first. If equipment is the answer we say so and show why; if it is not, we say that too.
We already have vendors and a project consultant.
We work alongside them. Our role is to keep scope, schedule and handover in one clear view.
How long does an assessment take?
It depends on the size of the town or operation. We give you the timeline in the proposal, before you commit.
Do you work outside Uttar Pradesh?
Yes. We have delivered projects in 12+ states and union territories.
Can you help with the DPR?
Yes. We support planning, concept development, specifications and implementation strategy.
What should I bring to the call?
Nothing is required. If you have them, a ward or route list, a fleet list and the last year's complaint or penalty summary help.
Is my information kept private?
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry.
Tell us where it hurts. We will tell you what we would fix first.
